SUMMER
Experienced early childhood professionals provide a nurturing, exploratory summertime environment where children are encouraged to create, wonder and discover. The daily schedule includes both indoor and outdoor play, art, music, drama, cooking, science, games and literature. The use of open ended, natural materials such as water, sand, clay, wood, mud, stones, and shells is incorporated throughout the curriculum.
Our five-week summer program is offered from the end of June through July for children 3-6 years of age. The mixed age grouping allows children to interact with both older and younger peers inspiring cooperation, compassion, independence and leadership opportunities.
The program meets Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A mid- morning snack is provided and children bring lunch from home to enjoy with friends. Summer enrollment information is available by February 1. For more information, please contact the school at 781-648-3627.
